• Prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to stock levels
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual products
3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer
• All transactions are secure and encrypted
• Order confirmation will be sent via email
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times: 2-21 business days in Romania, 7-21 days internationally
• Free shipping for orders over 300 RON in Romania
• Shipping costs: 20 RON (under 300 RON), 82 RON (international)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
5. Returns & Refunds
• You have 14 days from receipt to return products
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is free for defective products
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

6. Warranties & Liability
• All products come with manufacturer's warranty
• We are not liable for misuse or improper handling of products
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
